2. About CollabShop

    CollabShop is a pop-up concept showcasing a curated shopping experience from novel merchandises to special editions and offers in collaboration with local and international brands and artisans.

    3. How do I know my order is received by CollabShop?
    You will receive a confirmation email stating the order particulars within minutes after you have completed the order (please check your spam folder too). The email will also contain your order number for reference. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2 hours, please contact us at askshoppe@clozette.co and we will conduct a check for you.
    4. Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at askshoppe@clozette.co and we will contact you within 3 working days to process a full refund. We are not able to accept cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of order placing. Please note that the bank processing time for refunds could take up to 2 weeks and that the final refund amount received by you for international orders may reflect currency exchange differences. 
      5. How can I change my order after it has been placed?
        Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to alter your order once it enters our system. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your payment, just do a quick check to ensure everything is in order and to your satisfaction.
          6. I did not receive my order within the delivery period stated, what should I do?
          Contact us at askshoppe@clozette.co and provide us with the tracking number or order number and we will conduct a check for you.  
            7. My order arrived defective, what should I do?
            In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us at askshoppe@clozette.co immediately. If the item is returned to us within 7 days, with all tags and packaging intact, we will replace your product as soon as the order is re-processed at our return facility.

            All items must still meet all of our return guidelines in order to be accepted. Please refer to the Return Policy for more information.
              8. My order arrived with the wrong product, what should I do?
              In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong order, please contact us at askshoppe@clozette.co immediately. If the item is returned to us within 7 days, with all tags and packaging intact, we will replace your product as soon as the order is re-processed at our return facility.

              All items must still meet all of our return guidelines in order to be accepted. Please refer to the Return Policy for more information.
                9. Can I request to change the size on my order?
                We have limited sizes for each item, nevertheless we'll try our best. Please contact us at askshoppe@clozette.co within 24 hours upon delivery.  However, we seek your understanding should your desired size become unavailable and we will replace it with the most suitable item.

                  10 .Can I ship to other addresses different from my billing or residential address?
                  Yes, we will ship to the shipping address stated in your order form.
                  11. Which countries do you ship to?
                  Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information. If you need more information, feel free to contact us at askshoppe@clozette.co, we will be at your service.
                  12. What is the cost of shipping?
                  The shipping cost is as per stated in our Shipping Policy. We are currently offering Free shipping for normal shipping to Singapore, and special discounted shipping to the rest of the world!
                    13. What are Custom Duties and Taxes Charges?
                    Custom Duties and Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and vary from country to country.

                    Please note our items are delivered on a Unpaid Custom Duty (UCD) basis to countries outside of Singapore. This means our product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties (except for the 7% Singapore Goods & Services Tax).  As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
